Flavio in his role of General manager Terrestrial Services, led the Worldwide commercial development of TELESAT LIGHTSPEED the Industry’s leading, advanced, high throughput, low latency, Global LEO (Low-Earth Orbiting) Satellite Constellation, towards Large Telcos and Terrestrial Services segment. The Terrestrial Services Segment includes: Mobile Networks Operators, Fixed Line Telecom Service Providers, Satellite Operators, VSAT Operators, Internet Service Providers, Tower Companies and OTT Providers.
The Telesat LIGHTSPEED Network is ideally suited to provide backhaul to Mobile, Fixed Line Telecom and ISP traffic from non-fiber areas, remote Enterprises, Government users, as well as to connect planes and ships.

Prior to Ceragon, Flavio has been leading Europe Region in SIAE MICROELETTRONICA SpA as International Sales & marketing Director. Full revenues and business responsibility for the Region, he defined the strategy and sales targets. In charge for Marketing and Sales activities in Europe and managed all Business Development operations in Strategic Markets (East Europe, Russia, CIS), supported by a team of Area, Sales managers and Contract Managers; a team of 20 persons among HQ direct reports and in affiliates. In over 70 years history, SIAE is internationally renowned as a leading provider of the most innovative and best performing microwave radio and wireless network solutions.

Prior to SIAE Flavio covered various leading roles in international sales and marketing within service providers and broadcasting companies.

Flavio holds a Master Degree in Biology, and a successful track of life and working experiences that made up his quality as a manager and as a man.
